Please bear in mind that refunds for returned orders can be claimed only when all necessary conditions have been fulfilled, and you will not receive a full refund. Orders can be returned for refund only within 15 days from the day your package was received.
Please check if the contents of the package reflect the contents of your purchase by checking your order email.

If the tracking says “delivered ” and you haven't received the package, contact DHL or UPS support first.
The invoice is sent to the email you used to create the order, once your package has shipped.
